Daisey's Tips for a
​Safe & Happy Stay

We want Daiey's Doggie Retreat kennels to be "Home  Away From Home" for every pooch that is entrusted to our special loving care.  That being said, we strongly encourage you:

• Do bring those favorite toys and blankets to lend a homey feel to that spacious indoor / outdoor runs.
• Do bring your dog's favorite food so he can feast just like home and maintain a stable diet. Feel free to bring your playful  puppy's own bedding to compliment the comfy, clean  raised kennel beds that Daisey's provides.
• ​Don't forget to tell us about anything that scares or upsets your canine family member so we can do our best to smooth the sleepover time.  Let us know about any social challenges your dog has. Remember a boarding or daycare experience is best if your pooch is comfortable around other animals.

Daisey's Dog Boarding Agreement

 We have put a lot of thought into Daisey's   boarding agreement and it is meant to assure the absolute best environment for the health and safety of all our four legged guests. This form is used for our over night dog boarders as well as our casual daytime kennel care guests. Read it through carefully and if you have any questions or concerns, by all means call us for clarification.

This sheet is a neat and tidy way for us to access all of your contact information.  There is also a place to supply that all important contact information for your dog's favorite veterinarian should we need to consult a vet regarding any of your puppy's health needs.  Please download a copy , complete the information, sign and if possible fax or email the completed form back to us.
