When you book a stay at Daisey's Doggie Retreat, know that we understand every dog is unique. Each one has it's own personality , likes and dislikes.  The more you share with us the better we can care for your dog during it's stay with us.

On  the Policies and Forms page there is easy access to the Dog Boarding Agreement and the Dog Boarding Information Sheet.  These forms can be returned to us by email or fax and are required to complete your reservation.  Once you have boarded your dog in our kennel.  The Information sheet will only need to be updated for changes.
